There are many ways to contribute to our 35th Annual Soirée and Auction


All sponsorships and underwriting help cover the costs of the event, ensuring more dollars go towards our students and programs.



1. Underwriting Champions

As a Spring Soirée Underwriter, you play a pivotal role in maximizing the impact of this extraordinary evening.

Your support directly offsets event expenses - meaning that more of every dollar raised goes straight to advancing Ecole Bilingue de Berkeley's mission. Underwriting helps fund tuition assistance, student programs and support services, experiential learning opportunities, professional development for faculty, and other essential school priorities.

You may choose to have your name or company recognized in connection with your underwriting selection - or remain anonymous.


Underwriter Recognition Includes:

  1. Prominent on-site recognition with your logo displayed on the specific element(s) you underwrite during the event
  2. Website visibility as an official Event Underwriter, including your logo and a link to your website
  3. Inclusion across event communications in our Sponsorship & Underwriting section (digital promotions, select printed materials, and post-event acknowledgments)

Underwriting is more than event support - it's a strategic investment in student opportunity and community impact.


  • Cocktail Hour & Bar Champion ~ $600-$2,000

    Sponsor the reception or underwrite the whole bar for an hour.

  • Band Champion ~ $750

    Sponsor the parent/staff band, The Radioactives, to ensure a rocking night for all!

  • Decor Champion ~ $600-$1,000

    Help us transform Sequoyah Country Club into the French Riviera of our dreams!

  • Games Room Entertainment Champion 

    Put your brand in play-sponsor the Games Room and be front and center where the fun, competition, and high-energy moments come to life all night long.

    • 2 blackjack tables - $350 for 1 or $650 for both 

    • 1 roulette table - $500

    • 1 craps table - $800

2. Sponsorship

We invite our community and business friends to be a sponsor of this year's soirée event. As a sponsor, you will have a unique opportunity to broaden your company's image, prestige, and customer base while at the same time supporting an amazing independent school. 


Platinum Level - $10,000 (1) 

The premier sponsor of the event. Benefits include:

  • Premium table for 10 guests + sponsorship of 4 faculty tickets
  • Back cover ad in the program (most visible) + a personal message/profile inside the program
  • Special recognition by the Head of School during the event
  • Marketing materials placement at the event

3. Donations

The auction is a big part of our event! Donating items, activities, or experiences is always a great way to support the school. Here are some types of items and experiences we're looking for:

  • A stay at your apartment in Paris
  • Season tickets to the Giants or SFJazz
  • Concert tickets or museum packages
  • Host a party or workshop for kids and/or adults
  • Gift certificates, memberships, or gift baskets
